I have noticed lately, many people not getting responses from support and becoming impatient, well if they just checked http://support.hostnine.com/ they would see the response times for the individual departments,
______________________________ Average Response Times Sales: 0 Seconds Support: 8 Minutes Abuse: 54 Minutes Managers: 0 Seconds Tickets in Queue Sales: 2 Support: 4 Abuse: 0 _______________________________ One thing though, it would be nice to see who is available and logged in at these dept's, would make it easier to communicate, especially if the person is familiar with the follow-up issues of a client. Example: _____________________________ Average Response Times Sales: 0 Seconds Ben, Alex, other Support: 8 Minutes any, other etc. Abuse: 54 Minutes Joshua, other Managers: 0 Seconds Ben, other _______________________________ Tickets in Queue Sales: 2 Support: 4 Abuse: 0 __________________________ Just a suggestion, might save a lot of headaches. __________________________________ Here's the latest when I posted this. I am in Support/Abuse Monday-Friday 9am est - 6pm est

Well some people just can't wait. They want to have faster and efficient processes in regards to information. Some can wait and some can't. A natural order in the society that we are experiencing this recent years.

For one thing when it comes to attitude, on should follow a very common proverb. That is "Patience is a virtue". But remember in the Mummy 1? Patience is a virtue. Not now it isn't. I supposed that really depends on the situation you are in,.
