Disgusted!!! Reseller Account Suspended

This morning I found that my reseller account had been suspended.

I have emailed, submitted numerous tickets, spoken to some one in live chat who tells me I have to contact abuse department but they were not in till later as it was only 2am US time, well it's passed opening hours and still my site my account is suspended. All my clients sites are saying suspended as well and there is absolutely no reason for my account or them to be suspended.

I want answers as to why it's taking so friggin long to sort this out. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years! And you are crippling my business! Well if one of my clients go...I am set to go this time for good, I am sick of this, if it's not fires, it's moving or this that or the other...as you can tell I am well pissed.

I pay each month on time and this is what I get.

Can you please sort out this problem ASAP!

Over a day now, no responses to tickets or emails what's happening guys...you just shoving this under the carpet?


You got a ticket id...what's it take to get things rectified?

Me too!!

Hey,

This happens to me too.

It just happened to me on Sunday, then resolved and again on Monday.

Ticket seems help nothing. No reply. Wait for long.
Can any Hostnine staff tell me what's wrong with your company during these days.

Why it takes so long to answer and help to activate this issue.
My ticket is OUU-501980, and now most of my clients has problems.

It appears this is related to accounts past due on billing and the new updates to our new billing system to handle non reseller central accounts. Dan assured me he was on top of this so I will speak with him about it.

Anyway, I just don't know if it's about account pass due or not, since in
every message, I have provide & confirm that you can charge my card on record for that about.

If you read back, you'll see that I kept asking this for at least 5 times.

Don't want this to happen again.

Hope Dan will have some solution soon.

Problem AGAIN!!!

Do you know, Ben, the problem happened to my account again.
It is suspended again, this is the THIRD time.

By midnight (your timezone) my account was suspended since Sunday, then Monday, then Tuesday!!!

I have to wait for another 12 hours for issue to be resolved.

Read my ticket and see how much I tried to help and suggest.

Blake promised this will not happen again.
But it did happen again!!!

Please please please. I got lot of complaints right now.
do something. I can't keep quiet any more.

I am sorry to hear that Steammilk! That does not leave me with much hope...

Anyway, the update of all of this is I have had my site reinstated, however it cost me to do so, paying again for a month plus a late fee...I didn't know what else to do, my clients are very important to me, as I am not just their hosting providers, I create their sites and advise them also on web oriented issues, they put great faith in me to do what's right for them...to see suspended for hours on end on their sites was horrifying as the damage caused by any visitors who would automatically see this, suggesting they don't pay their bills and so are are not trust worthy.

...I certainly don't want to have to continually be now looking over my shoulder when payment time comes around...but I suggest to others, until they get their system sorted, make sure you make them aware that you have paid, and keep on top of it until they confirm this...which is the part I neglected to do.
