I am wondering how I can import the current design into wordpress and use the template I want, is it hard?

Not sure what you completely asking for?... Have you seen my post on how to ask a question yet?
Anyway.... If you are thinking of editing the default template, then make a local copy of your site and edit the template directly? I don't want to go into much detail incase that isnt what your after? |

WP uses smarty for it's templates and you would need to get yourself up to speed with this technology to be able to make/alter smarty templates

I guess I will have to hire programmer/designer who knows alot about WordPress and Smarty technology.
