Default Folks who owns hosting co ..... Curious??!!!

Anyone who runs a hosting company, do you rent or own a office/suite? How many employees you have?

I will be getting a office suite shortly and I loved the one I visited and it's so amazing. The office suite comes with everything like furinished furniture and steelcase cabinets, meeting rooms, break room w/ full kitchen, business lounge (copier, fax, scanner), T1 line, restrooms (course who doesn't?), trainning rooms and many more. It comes approx. 6 rooms (4 office, 1 trainning room and a meeting room).

I am exicted!!!!!!!! .. Wanna see photos?

I have 3 offices and almost 30 employees...

Of course, hosting is not all we do... In fact, hosting is not even our primary business role.

We have a small office, and we employ 2 full time staff at the office. However, we have support techs that work from home to answer tickets.. I've recently set up a voip pbx also so that the work from home techs can log in to the pbx and take calls.

I'd love to see some pictures of your new venture

Dave

What's the deal with the price on a place like that? (If you don't mind me asking that is).

With getting 6 office rooms, lounge, meeting room and a trainning room and everything. I got a locked price good for one year just $500 a month. I am getting 3 months free if I am getting 2 year lease. I may go for the 2 year lease so I can try 3 months free.

Good deal huh?

Is that a fairly average price for that sort of office in the US, because in Australia I'd be doing well to get that office for US$500 a WEEK!!

Not really, the average price in Columbus, OH is $1,250 for 2 office with utilitles included and you have to provide your own stuff.

With ours, we get everything and all we have to bring in is our PC's, Staff and out papers and clothes to wear and start celebrating!

Default Office space

To the people that have office space, how many hosting walk in customers do you get, and is hosting the primary/or only business in that office?

To answer your question. The office building is standing in middle of $2 Billion new development. A brand new mall called Easton Town Center with high end stores, Easton Centre (Condos starting at $250,000+), Many apartments, highway 270, big markets like Sams Club, WalMart, Gas Stores, many shopping, Resturants, Doctors, Lawyers and many more... Very rich district.

Our business venture will be just more than hosting, we will do web design, consulting, pc doctor, pvlan and such ...
