Affiliate Earnings Not Paid Out

I logged into my affiliate account last week after forgetting about it for a couple of months and i see that there is a balance of a couple of hundred dollars. Of which $25 has been marked as being paid. This leaves a lot which hasn't been paid.

I have sent several emails to the support@ and affiliate@ email addresses and other than the automated replies i have not got a reply. Its been a week since my first email.

Any suggestions who i need to contact to resolve this matter

you can only contact affiliate@ as stated in a lot of the other posts about affiliates

i ahve emiled BOTH support and affiliate emails at least 5 times on this matter and never heard back from either of them

another 3 emails sent on this yesterday taking the total up to 10 in the last week and still none have been replied to. Anyone know the registered address of Hostnine, i may have to pass this matter onto my companys' legal department if i do not hear anything soon.

All commissions are pending for 46 days before paid out. For example: If a commission is sent in Jan. 5, 2007 then it would clear Feb. 21, 2007 and be included in the check for March 1, 2007.
To receive your affiliate payout you must have a balance of at least $50.00 in commissions.

I do not know what your referrals are dated but the above is an explanation that might apply??
