Changes to Security Question Setup
Greetings,
We have received an overwhelming amount of feedback regarding our account verification procedure using Security Questions. We acknowledge that the procedure we had in place was difficult for many. The security questions were hard to remember and, in some cases, none of the available questions could relate to the accountholder. HostNine has listened to your feedback and made changes in the way we verify accounts from this point forward. Rather than using a Question/Answer combination, we have implemented a "Security PIN" setup, in which you will provide us with a 6-digit numerical PIN that will be used to verify your account. This change will be effective immediately. Please note that all existing security questions have had to be removed to implement this change. To setup your Security PIN for future use, please login to the Billing Center at https://secure.hostnine.com/billing/. We appreciate your patience. If you have any questions feel free to open a ticket to the Billing Department. |
