Greetings,
We recently conducted an audit of our WHMCS reseller account and around 350 licenses were suspended. If your license was suspended it is because of one of the following: 1) You had more than one license 2) The domain on your WHMCS license doesn't match your HostNine billing record 3) You no longer have an active account with us If your license was suspended, please open a ticket to Billing with your license key and the URL to your admin panel. Please note that ONLY the Billing Department can assist you with resolving this, and it cannot be handled via phone or chat. You must enter a ticket to Billing to ensure that the issue is properly resolved to prevent further license suspensions down the road. Please note that members of Support, Sales, and other departments are unable to assist you. |
