More and More we are seeing users putting in a ticket then calling support right after. This is not how to get help.
Please DO NOT do this. This is abuse of support. You are taking up more then one persons time at this point. Phone support is for level 1 support ONLY if it requires an admin or for a tech to login to a server for any reason this automatically is no longer a phone issue and needs to have a ticket submitted. Once a ticket is submitted do not call support over and over and ask for a status update. We are aware of ALL tickets at ALL times. Right now as I write this support is at 0. This means we are waiting on responses to on hold tickets and nothing is currently in queue to be done. This does not count level 2 or 3 which some tech's need more time. Please follow this if you would like speedy support as doing this only is going to slow down our team to HELP you and your issue/questions that you may have.
