Phone issues
For some reason the Trix system is putting calls that come in on hold and we are not getting them.
Not all calls but some. We called and verified it. I have let Ben know so we can begin debugging it. Please if your on hold for too long send us an email. Queues are mostly at 0 right now. > 3 minute turn around.

We believe we have this issue narrowed down and are working with the developers of our PBX system to get this resolved. Again if you are on hold for longer than usual we ask that you submit a support ticket to report the issue. We appreciate your patience.
