In response to the lack of a formal procedure for requesting an SLA Credit for outages/downtime outside our Uptime Guarantee, HostNine has implemented a new procedure for requesting, reviewing, and processing these requests. All future SLA Credit Requests should be submitted via: http://www.hostnine.com/credit/ We realize that the form may look long/tedious, however, it is the best way to ensure that you receive a fair credit for the downtime that you experienced. Additionally the information requested limits the amount of "email tag" you have to play with our Billing Department to get the request processed. As always, we sincerely thank you for your business.
