Hello,
Many of you have contacted us after receiving an email from WHMCS saying your support/upgrades will expire next month. Please note that you do not need to worry and your support will NOT be expiring. That email is sent automatically from WHMCS's system and it is safe to ignore it. Your support/upgrades will automatically renew when the time comes. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. Last edited by H9NickH; 12-07-2008 at 12:54 PM. |

Further information from WHMCS on this.
If you get a notice that your support/updates have expired, please email support@whmcs.com and they will fix this for you. You will NOT have to pay to renew support/updates on a license from HostNine. We have tried to get WHMCS to give us a better workaround to this, but they refuse to do so. They say the easiest way as of right now is to email them directly to get it fixed. |
