Default level 3 support

If you have spoken to me, or have a ticket in level 3, I apologize for the delay, I have been sick the past couple of days. And when I say sick, I mean, SICK.

As soon as I'm feeling better, I'll see to the level 3 tickets, until then, other staff are seeing to them. But you may notice a longer then normal delay.

Please be patient, I will be trying to get to them as soon as I am feeling a bit better.
