Default Regarding Ticket closed emails

If you were to receive an email from Hostnine within the last 24 hours regarding closed ticket please disregard. As all tickets that were on hold for more then 48 hours were auto closed and emails were sent out. There is no need to contact us about this as we are already aware of the issue.
