Billing System Changing

We will be changing the billing system this evening. All of the url's will remain the same when it comes to logging in to the client area as well as your login information. If you notice any issues with the new system please email billing@hostnine.com ASAP. Everything including past invoices, packages, pricing, and payment information has been SECURELY migrated into the new system. However, there may be a few kinks that we have to work out so please let us know if you notice any issues with your account.

Everything has been completed. We are still working on the domain management features in the client area so clients can manage their registered domain names but it will be completed by the end of today (Monday).

The management features in the new platform are incomparable to the old system. Not only can you see all of the system emails sent to you in the past (welcome emails, invoices, payments, etc) but you can easily login to your control panel as well.

Due to the way the old system worked there were several invoices created to catch everyone up to today's date. We apologize for the massive amount of emails you may have received as it will not happen again.
