Lately I have been doing very hard work behind the scenes when it comes to improving HostNine's customer service and I must say things are really starting to improve. However, I still feel there is always room for improvement regardless of how happy customers are!

What I would like to do is make myself available to each and every customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If I do not answer please leave a voice mail including your name, domain name, and phone number as I will be checking them on a regular basis on days I'm not scheduled to work such as Saturday/Sunday and late at night.

The best time to call is between 9AM and 6PM EST, Monday-Friday.

Complaints, questions, concerns, bring them on (Please try to leave all basic support issues to the ticket system / standard phone support).
