Due to the insane amounts of spam we receive through our ticket system we will not longer be accepting ticket creation / replies via email. All tickets will need to be created within the support central or billing.
It may sound like a pain now but we are in the process of migrating to a new billing system which has a much better client area for our resellers which will allow you to easily manage your tickets. We expect to make this change on April 1, 2008 It's a very simple setting to change so if we notice it causing issues for our customers that need support we can always revert it back but by doing this it will allow our helpdesk to operate faster and it will allow us to assist you faster as we will not have any junk tickets in the system. We're actually going to keep things the way they have been as we found ways to control the spam problems we were having
