Reseller Central v2.1 Launched!

We're happy to announce the release of Reseller Central v2.1, the latest release of our popular reseller management platform. In this release we have not only added some major new features but we have also improved the client-side back-end to speed up Reseller Central actions by over 25%. Listed below you will find the notable new features and bug fixes applied to Reseller Central v2.1.

With Reseller Central v2.1 resellers now have the ability to create and manage accounts on not only the Linux platform but Windows as well. The windows hosting is powered by Plesk and features full ASP and database support. Plesk comes with full ASP, ASP.NET, and MS SQL support.

Reseller Central v2.1 also introduces many fixes to the original platform. This has improved the overall speed of Reseller Central by 25%. Many improvements include a fully restructured DNS editor platform which will now allow seamless edits of your DNS settings through Reseller Central. Our account management APIs have been fully restructured with custom cPanel and Plesk support to allow greater control over accounts hosted.

cPanel users will be glad to find Skeleton directories are now integrated with the create account API's including full support with a free license of WHCMS a premier billing and automation gateway.

Reseller Central's key ability to migrate accounts to any location within the Reseller Central network has been reworked to allow faster account moves and DNS update times.

We are also happy to announce that work has already begun on our next update to Reseller Central to v2.3. Some of the new features being developed are an automated backup system managed by resellers, full Windows Server 2008 support, and a cPanel branding manager. Numerous other features are currently in the works driven by feedback from the HostNine community.
