We're happy to announce our new Ticket Survey system. At HostNine we're extremely focused on our customer feedback and are constantly looking for ways to improve our service/support. With this new system it will allow our management team to get direct feedback from you (the customer) on how our employees are performing through our ticket system.

We are currently implementing several different methods to improve our service and this is a huge one as it allows customers to not only grade the support the receive but the ability to request direct contact with a manager at HostNine.
