Does Phone support actually work?
If so, then what are the hours for using Phone Tech Support?
I was on hold twice for 30+ minutes then got disconnected waiting for someone to answer. This is not 24/7 service to me... I submitted a ticket, however it would be nice to be able to speak with someone regarding the issue I am having. BTW... what happened to the "chat support". That option seems to be gone as well.
