Okay, so I posted a ticket at 7:41am CST this morning (Ticket #YJR-230886) because my email has been down since yesterday.
So far no response on the ticket from anyone, not even to let me know they are working on it. Then I sent an email to managers@hostnine.com and still no luck. Then I was told through the Online Sales Chat to send an email to Ben@hostnine.com and I did just that, but as usual no response. I have never seen customer service so incredibly bad in my life. I can't get anyone to give me an update at all; not to mention it is impossible to call them because no one ever picks up. This will be interesting to see how long it takes them to resolve this issue. All I am asking is for my email to work, THAT'S IT! |
