Default Feedback for HostNine

Hi,

I was not impressed w/ the tech support reply of said guy in our support Ticket ID: AKT-637207

DNS setting in RC panel was just easy to fix but the guy always advise that it was fix in the next 24 hours but its 72 hours now and not yet resolved.

I try to open the ticket and thankful for Alex J. to help me fix the issue in less than 5 minutes. I hope that Alex J. will reply my support tickets that Nick H who will close the ticket even its not yet resolved.

I do apologize that I did not resolve your issue to your satisfaction. However I did do exactly as Alex did - synced the changes to both nameservers and then reloaded the zones. It seems that your DNS changes did not take effect when I did it and, again, I apologize for that.
