Unhappy So far bad support

I signed up 2 days ago and submitted 2 support tickets that only takes a few minutes to implement and still no resolution.

No one answers the phone and it appears that they don't care about the customers.

I am at the point where I don't know what to do.

I'm sorry to hear this. What are the ticket-id's related to this?

Ben,

same here.... its 2days now waiting to resolve my WHMCS. I can't use my WHMCS since it has license error. the IP Address changes without my knowledge. and now i cant update the billings and send invoice to my clients. i send also open ticket at WHMCS.com support but they cant do nothing because they wait for H9 to verify that the IP changes will be in H9 networks.

HVT-258553 - heres the ticket. hoping you can follow up.

it will take many days to update my IP in WHMCS license?

The ticket number is XLE-123672.

It is still not resolved. The agent kept me on the phone for 40 minutes today and then hung up on me.

Another day has passed and still not working.

I am an experience Windows Plesk Administrator and know my ticket should only take 5 minutes to be done and yet still not done.

I do apologize that this is taking so long to resolve. Please note that only a few staff members have access to the WHMCS license backend, and we're the only ones that are able to modify your license. The initial delay in resolving this was because the ticket did not contain all the information we needed to look into your issue. This will, however, be resolved this evening.

After the SSL was installed it was moved over to the Billing Department to process the billing for the Dedicated IP. That was why the ticket was not immediately resolved after you replied. I do show that the ticket is now resolved and if you have further issues you should update the ticket so that our staff can assist you. Please also note that we do not have any Windows Support staff available via phone, but will investigate why your call was not received.

The forums are not the place to request updates on tickets. Again your issue is in a queue that is not monitored by our support staff. WHMCS requests are handled only after all support tickets are handled. You are welcome to contact WHMCS directly if you need assistance quicker.
