Well I just bought a hostnine reseller entry level package.
How long does it take for a support person to answer a ticket? I wanted to contact them to get an invoice removed (old one) since I started anew. Well I can say it's only been a few hours.. 3, 4, maybe 5 hours or so... no reply. I honestly hope the service won't be so slow the whole time. I can live with it, but hey, doesn't hurt to ask. Thanks for your answers. |
