Ticket ID: GTM-533284 Concerning blacklisted emails. 9 days and No response whatsoever. This time the problem has been sorted by my client through spamhuas. I have now sent a reply to close this ticket, due to no response. Hostnine is making me look absolutely inadequate to my customers. I joined a few months ago support was superb, response in minutes. Whats going on? Is it the end of hostnine? Sorry to post here, tried ringing the contact number, justs rings out, again no response. Ben, if this continues hostnine is going to lose a lot of customers, I for one would be sad to go, but unfortunately this is not helping anybodys reseller business. Anyway Rant over. Jonny |
