Default Ticket transfer response

I sent in a ticket regarding an issue with a certain provider accepting emails, and Jake had replied to me that the ticket was forwarded to the Abuse department for appropriate action.

Just wanted to say that this is what I like. In the past I have had no response at all, it was just forwarded. This way I know someone has read my ticket and transferred it to someone who can help.
