Default Some feedback for you

I suppose I should have posted what I did in the Testimonials here. I did want to thank Blake for his assistance with getting me up and running.

My thoughts so far as a new customer: A detailed instruction book or tutorial would be nice. I don't think the videos are enough. For example the video showed an FTP button that didn't exist on my control panel. I had to go back and change the package I had created. While still different, at least it had what I needed. It would be nice to have a reference to know what each of the choices mean and what you get when you select them while building your packages.

It took me a little over 24 hours to get my site up and running myself (with Blake's assistance). The ticket I submitted for a migration went ignored for a week. I was disappointed that I couldn't even get an update. I suppose Travis may be swamped with requests, but a reply would be nice. If that is the case, time to hire more people to help the guy out!

I'm not sure how long this has been a problem but I had difficulty registering to the forum. The link in the email has a double "/" in it. I removed the extra / and was able to finally register. Also the e-mail for trouble doesn't work either. Just a heads up for you.

Thank you we greatly appreciate your feedback. As soon as our next version of Reseller Central launches we will be hiring a team to strictly document each and every aspect of it. With that we will also roll out additional documentation for other aspects of our services making it easier than ever to get started.

I apologize about the delay on your migration as we have been backed up with transfers. We are in the process of hiring additional staff strictly for the transfers due to our recent increase in sales.

Ben, I guess you weren't expecting such a high demand so fast! I have to tell you I was very excited when I heard about your product. I was driving myself nuts worrying about how to handle hosting for my own design business (just getting started). That said, I'm not surprised that a lot of people want to try it out! Congratulations on your expansion and best of luck on the new releases! I am looking to purchase my own account (this one is for my employer) in the coming months.

I was coming in to let you know about this problem but see Sharon has mentioned it.

In emails from Hostnine Forum the link addresses are displayed correctly however the hyperlinks are showing as follows:
Code:
http://www.hostnine.com/hosting-forums//forumdisplay.php?f=11
which gives us a "page not found".

Any chance this could be fixed post haste? It's down right annoying!
