I logged a ticket about a week ago - it got resolved - and when I was responding, there was an option for me to close the ticket myself. Which I did, and I thought 'great, its about time'.
This morning I enter a ticket, its resolved on its own, go to close it in the same way and the option isn't there. Was there a change to the ticketing system over the past few weeks that would have enabled the closing of tickets by the person who submitted them - or was I dreaming? |

I think H9 have recently moved over to a new billing system which can also handle support tickets.. so they might have kept kayako or moved over to the new one?
