Dedicated Server DOWN - 27hrs and counting

I submitted a ticket yesterday (Sunday April 27th). First I was told there was you were reinstalling Exim. Then I was told it was a bad HD. During this time all of my sites are down (HTTP, FTP POP) you naame it it's down.

Needless to say, this is frustrating since I upgraded to your dedicated server at your advice to stabilize email for my clients. So now I'm paying $179 per month, and this is what I get.

I have been with H9 Since Nov 2006, I have out my faith in you since then, and did whatever you said would make my server work. Now I pay almost 4 times what I did and still have my server down for days at a time.

I consider myself a reasonable person, and think I have been very fair and patient with you...

But today when you denied me the courtesy of talking to the datacenter (The Planet) that is an all time low. I called and talked to the Planet, they said alll you had to do was call them and they would work with me to get things resolved - or atleast get timely updates of what's going on - so I have somehting to tell my customers when they call me. Keep in mind this is a dedicated server - no one else but me on it, yet you won't even let me tlak to them.

Funny how I'm not even a Planet customer directly but they were willing to take my call, and at least try to help - but you won't let me talk to them.

I asked you for a courtesy, since I'm now loosing customers due to this.

Thanks.

Hi,

Your suggestions are duly noted, but our policy on letting you have full control of the box will not change, if you wanted that, you would need to be their customer directly. If you have any further questions about the policy, please contact me privately. I believe everyone is aware how you feel, and we encourage that. For now, I will close this thread.
