This is not a negative comment. But I am curious why have you implemented your own Reseller Central, when WHM is so familiar among us. I find Reseller Central very slow, specially editing DNS. Some features regularly used in WHM such as Domain Parking still lacks in the system.
Can I use WHM instead of RC? Btw I appreciate your developers for putting the effort in developing your own. |

Hiya,
Editing DNS would be just as slow in WHM because we use the clustered DNS, trust me, if not slower. At this time it is not possible to switch. |

However,
We will have WHM reseller plans available in just 2 weeks

Yes, all TP boxes. Side note, t here will be no RC->WHM transfer service offered, customers wanting to switch will be moving sites themselves.

Would it be possible to post a step by step (moving sites) in the forums or in the support section? Not all of us have had a lot of experence with this. Thanks Greg V |

1. Create Account in WHM
2. Log in to "old" account. 3. Create full backup using cPanel backup tool - Send to ftp of new account 4. Log into new account via ssh 5. type "mv tar_file_name /home" w/o quotes where tar_file_name is your tar file name 6. Log in to WHM 7. Go to Backup->restore full backup 8. Type in the account name 9. Click restore Or you could just log in to WHM and click transfers->option 2 (I'm pretty sure), but this method often has errors. All this assuming, of course, that H9 uses a default cpanel/whm setup. |

RC also allows you to choose where in the world your site is located, and places your sites on different servers so if a server goes down only a small number of your sites will be affected.

We want to offer WHM for those who absolutely want it
But, we are not aiding in moving from RC -> WHM, because RC is our priority platform - and we're treating it as such |
