Default AOL and new SPAM rules

I've never used AOL email, however, I believe that they provide their users the ability to 'one click spam' emails.

That means, a mis-click could cause a non-SPAM email to get recorded in their database as SPAM.

Since I can't write to the announcements topic, I thought I would start a new one were other people can weigh in on the new policy.

It sounds great, however, having gone through trying to have a rDNS record setup just for AOL, then having the old NY datacenter set it up so any emails from node9 appeared to be from my domain, without verification, this could cause problems.

I would suggest that the admin, or reseller of the domain be forwarded the feedback loop.

The alternative is dont complain about AOL emails not getting through, which we know is not a possibility.

We all know there system is bad, but if you want emails to go through, this policy is required.

Basically, when email from one of our IP's gets tagged, instantly a copy is sent to us.
