I signed up with Hostnine on January 8th 2007 with a reseller, On January 24th I opened a second reseller account through them

Now im hoping you guys will sort this out.. as I have provided all the information to you and the screenshots from within your own support area of the tickets and me being told that it was cancelled

Your payment method is PayPal subscription so the payments were automatically sent to our paypal account. Please update the ticket I just replied to and we can assist you with canceling that subscription and the refund.

For PayPal payments we have absolutely no control over them. It is not like a credit card where it is possible to automatically charge them. The only way we receive payments from PayPal is if you manually pay, or you have a subscription setup in your account. We obviously have no access to your PayPal account to cancel your subscription. We also have a reminder in the cancellation email to cancel your subscription.
Looking at the ticket #TVL-170059 the account was not canceled as you had not replied to the email confirming the cancellation and providing the required information confirming you were actually you and not someone else trying to cancel a persons account. We require this information to complete the cancellation. |

We are not going continue to deal with you. I suggest you wait for a billing admin to reply to your ticket, but coming into chat, and cursing at me, and cursing at Dan on here, and threatening legal action will get you no where.
I am closing this thread, simply because it is YOUR fault for not canceling your paypal subscription. We have a reminder in our replies for cancellations for our customers to terminate the subscription. If you don't, that's your fault. |

Hi,
The claims are invalid by this customer, every cancellation queue reply includes the tag "If you used paypal subscriptions, YOU are responsible to cancel the subscription." Thats why it's t here, we don't include useless info. |
