this is irresponsible
Ok where to start:
First i payed for my hosting and domain and i get mail that from my account was charged xx dollars and that i will get mail about my account activated, i waited 24h and still didn't get mail, so i send e-mail to support and they told me i need to confirm its my credit card, i ask you shouldn't you ask me first, not to wait until i ask you, what if i never asked? Will my account be activated ever? Ok, then i get mail about my account activated where say that domain need from 24h to 72 to get with DNS. I waited 72h and nothing, i go on live chat to ask whats wrong, guess what? MY domain wasn't even registered, ok, then was registered so i need to wait another 72h. Finally everything worked, but thats not the end, after 5-6 days i created back up of my files thats still on my host as i wanted to experiment little, so after that i deleted some files that i wasn't supposed to and i needed my files restored, as i have slow connection i asked support can they do that. I received e-mail that they can do that and that restoring was started and they need around 20-30 min. It was now around 12h after that and guess what, no one restored my files and now even if i want to do that i can't log on to my control panel. I informed support before 8h about it and before 1h again and i didn't get replay. I don't know what to think any more but my site was more offline then online and thats not with my mistakes, its with someone else's mistakes or to say better irresponsible behavior. So only thing i have so far from this host is lots of waiting and asking whats wrong and very little what i wanted when i payed for him. |

This account was already restored as requested several hours ago. We had also pointed you to the backup system so that you could restore the specific files you had deleted but it seems you did not see that message looking at your reply afterwards.
As a note all users on the node servers have access to backups from within your cPanel account, you can choose specific files to restore or your entire folder. If you have any questions feel free to contact us. |

Yes i saw that i can restore it, but i told to suport i dont have access to control panel for some reason (after i was told first time that restoring files started i lost access to control panel) and i didnt have any way to do it my self.
btw i send before few hours mail again to suport as now my subdomains dont work... And thanks you restored my files. |
