Has anyone NOT get a welcome email?
That was the case with me. After 70 hours of waiting, I emailed them asking how long it should take to setup the account. I got a brief answer saying "up to 24 hours". I responded back saying it had been over 70 hours. I never heard anything back from them. Two month has passed by. I noticed charges from them. So I called them. Like many of the past customers have stated. The guy I spoke to was very rude and arrogant. I had to beg him to listen to my case. I don't want to get in to full detail but I paid for two months of service I didn't know I had. If you're considering using them, There are better options out there! |

I don't understand. I'm showing your account was activated by Blake on 11/05/2007 which was the day you signed up and your welcome email was sent out immediately after that. What was the ticket number you had open about not receiving the welcome email?

As stated on the phone. The welcome email was sent out on the 5th and the 8th. I was not rude nor arrogant toward you. All i stated was that you may not get a refund because welcome emails where indeed sent twice and we were not contacted for months after the fact. This you indeed did not want to here. The case was handled just fine. I suggest to anyone to call if they have not gotten a welcome email 24+ hours after sign up as there may be an issue with your order.
