Have you received any emails? You will get a receipt and then a welcome email.
If you haven't received your receipt: Did you pay by PayPal. If so, if it should have gone through automatically. If you still haven't received anything your payment may not have cleared yet - check that status of it in your paypal account. If you have received your receipt but not your welcome email: When i signed up I was told that it would take up to 24-48 hours - however i received it within 5 minutes. I'm not sure if this is the case anymore as i signed up nearly 8 months ago, so it may have changed. If after 58 you still haven't heard you should email support@hostnine.com
