Default Question about servers

You said servers are managed.

What sort of management can you expect? For example, if a client account is using excessive resources, would the server owner (me for example) have to spot this first and inform you, or would H9 pickup this account and suspend it and inform the server owner of the issues?

How bout server configuration - including the MySQL server and all - would H9 configure this or would I have to configure myself?

Thanks

A dedicated server is preconfigured with the standard H9 configuration, firewalls, cPanel/WHM and so forth. They claim responsibility for RPM's or updates and maintanance.

One can/could adjust resource balance, port enablement, and other items required by clients with root access and/or through the ticket system request these items/adjustments as they occur...if they are the account owner - the dedicated server owner in this case
