Starting this morning I am getting an email about every 5 minutes with the following message:
queueprocd failed @ Thu Dec 17 09:08:40 2009. A restart was attempted automagically. Service Check Method: [check command] Cmd Service Check Raw Output: queueprocd is not running I am having no luck resolving this issue. What do I need to do? So far I have tried updating the CPanel and doing a gentle reboot. Neither resolved the problem. Any ideas what to do next? |

I am ecstatic about all the responses I have gotten to this problem.
A real help and kudos for the customer service. |

This is related to cPanel 11.25 as that is a new service.
For something like this you will need to email support@hostnine.com so we can contact cPanel as we do not monitor the forums for support requests as often as we do our helpdesk. |

Thanks Ben.
I put in a ticket and the tech updated cPanel. It did not fix the problem. In addition when I log into a domains cPanel all I get is a blank screen. I have responded to the tech 4 times in the past hour but have gotten NO response whatsoever. I think they have written if off. Ticket is OZM-895728 I guess you might as well close it as I am getting no help here. Too bad because your support used to be the best around. The last issue I had I ended up telling the techs to close the ticket and I would pay someone to resolve the problem. I hate to do it Ben but I will be migrating away from HostNine. |
