I worked with hostine above 1 year, like all the features and service itself + support is good enough. I suppose they have many customers and nowdays kinda not easy to reach phone support, but dont need it any more. I have figured out with all features by myself + support guys help me. 99% uptime really not a joke
The only complain is about billing, when i pay for hosting are used my friend's VISA card. Opened H9 billing windows and my friend make payment for me. Cause in my sitiation i cant now own VISA card or Paypal during some restriction, may be in some month i will do. But why H9 billing charges card (my friend's) without any warning message? If i want to pay, i'll do it mysefl or reject from service tranfer. But i do not need to auto charge my friend's card without any warning. And aslo i can't made my own invoice via client area[/B] Why? I need to go to main page of hostnine and sign up again - its the only way. I want ot make invoices for myself, for example i want to pay for hosting for 6 month and i want to choose invoice and via pay from paypal or via VISA card. But i cant actually do it. I need to mail sales, billing support and ask them to generate for me invoice - i think it's not good. Sorry for my language, "charge" i mean 'pay for', i dont not the sinonim. "take the money from card owner via payment system" Summary: Nice and relibe hosting but have problems with billing Last edited by 2night2; 10-01-2009 at 01:14 PM. |
