Thumbs up [Resolved] Where is the support ??

Dear Hostnine Stuff,
this is the third year with hostnine , and I was really happy with your service , restriction and support until that bad day ...
one of my clients and a personal friend of mine had a problem with mail server and the problem was that his email was not accepted by some free email servers due to spam issue for the shared IP .. well the solution was very easy and it was to migrate his account to another server , and since I migrated many accounts before without any problem , I did not make any backup ..
I tried to transfer it from the reseller CP , but the account still at the same server and i could not issue another migration request again , so I went to the support team and ask them for help , and my ticket number was #BKL-198864
and the support answered me fast and I confirmed with them to transfer the account to other server ...
on the next day they told me that the account data was lost due to migration fail and I have to " recreate and reupload my content " ... after that I tried again and almost pegged to recover the data , even if it was old , but after that no body answering me , and even my new tickets I created for this issue , I did not find it and it seams that it has been deleted ...

guys, why this is happening after about 3 years of good service ?
I will appreciate spending more time to recover the data , or some explanation if the data is not recoverable .
But I cannot accept not to answer my ticket and leave me talking to my self.

This is not a bad review , but it is the only way to contact somebody to close an issue started at "18 Aug 2009 02:19 AM"
