9/10 rating from me.
I am mainly very happy with the company and have even suggested it to a few of my friends (not using affiliate links). The service has been great and with the exception of a few hick-ups ( due to hackers rather than the companies fault) my sites have very rarely being off-line. And their patience towards some of the issue I have had was greatly appreciated.
The only reason it's 9/10 is some of the issues I have had lately and no support was given. Otherwise It's great and I am sticking with HostNine for as long as I can. Besides I might have to upgrade to a dedicated server soon and their reliability and prices have already set my sights.
