Ok i am really not happy about this. Over 3 months ago i opened a ticket with the Windows support because i was having some trouble with a domain i had hosted on windows through my reseller account. I was unable to login. So they final got that fixed by changing the password. But then not to long after that i was just going to delete that account and domain and it would not let me. Then i tried to just modify it to give it more bandwidth but it would not even let me do that. So i replied to the windows ticket i opened before and they said this would be transferred to the RC department. That was over 3 months ago with no reply from them! I would like this to get fixed so i can ether delete the account or modify it so i can change the password back to what it was!
I would post the ticket ID but this is what makes me even more mad!!! It was just deleted out of my list of tickets and it was marked as OPEN!!!! With in this last week! |

Please note we did not have a full staff of windows workers back then. We now do and your ticket was dealt with in a VERY timely manner for being windows.
