Default Desperate user

I'm client for a few months now and servers are partially OK - uptime isn't 99% but it's ok (more or less normal), but support is horrible !
I have few accounts to be restored and those guys can't do that for 3 days now !?!?! I mean i could have done it myself, but no WHM Cpanel

Ticket Id: GBY-777753 - initial ticket when I was told it will be done overnight (by night crew)
Ticket Id: RKF-637098 - sent to managers because it WAS NOT done overnight and I needed those accounts restored ASAP - i got a promise from Ben that it will be done ASAP
Ticket Id: AYV-604206 - this is day 3 ticket because nothing was done....
...and even now after 3 days this ticket is flagged as Escalated/Overdue ...if it wasn't sad it would be funny...

Anyway I'm stuck with h9 for few more months, but I will definitely move to another more customer-friendly provider (as i am reseller and need some real 24 hours support capable of tackling all problems at least within 1 day).

My advice to all new users:
this is good company to host ONE (personal) site, but if you are thinking about RESELLER account - FIND ANOTHER COMPANY !

Bottom line: COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED !

I apologize for the mix up on your issue. I just replied to your ticket id and am restoring all the backups as requested.

It is kind of strange that this "issue" needs almost 4 days to be resolved ?
I really think that in this kind of matter (when user has no ANY CHANCE TO DO SOMETHING BY HIMSELF - and when he is TOTALLY DEPENDENT ON YOU) you should give high priority and do it within few HOURS and not days.

If support is sleepy or if they are not interested to help us out, i think that it would be very nice to offer some alternatives so we (resellers) could be able to do it by ourselves.
