HostNine Testimonial
After hosting with HostNine for quite a few months I feel that I have reasonable experience with them to post my testimonial:
HostNine is an outstanding organization that keeps each individual in mind. They go to bat for each of their clients and work every waking minute trying to make their servers even better.
They have an abuse team that's on the ball and a support team that is always there and I mean ALWAYS there. I have NEVER had ANY ticket not answered in a timely fashion. Sometimes it takes a little longer than usual but I deeply understand that it happens. Sometimes you cant avoid a higher amount of tickets, it just happens. From experience with other web hosts, most support tickets usually contain questions that were answered in the Knowledgebase but HostNine has not once referred us there even if the question was answered there. They answer the question for us.
I am also astounded by their billing staff. There was one month I was running a little behind on my bills and the HostNine billing staff treated me with respect, courtesy and with understanding. Their billing system sent out automated notifications that I was overdue but they went out of their way to make sure our services were not interrupted.
HostNine may not offer hundreds of dollars in Google AdWords credits or give you a free domain name for life or a bunch of other unnesecarry junk but I can tell you for sure: I have been around the block with web hosts and HostNine will deliver a hands down better service than any other provider that's trying to cover up their faults with extra's.
I recommend HostNine to any business, small or large. They will work with you and make your experience the best, I know they have done it for us.
