After two years, I (and my clients) are moving away from H9.
What was once a fledgling "We can do it right" hosting company has become just another run-of-the-mill "Unlimited" provider. Reasons for the decision, in no particular order of importance, over the past six months or so... - Email Blacklisting - Node 48 fiasco in April - Node 58 fiasco in November/December/January - AWstats problems in December/January - Persistent DDoS attacks - Multiple server locations of little value to Shared customers - Need to speak to a manager? (Never available and no callbacks!) - H9 Live Chat now for Sales questions only - H9 Live Chat responders are anonymous, unhelpful, and rude - Detailed Support Tickets are not completely read by staff - An overall deterioration of H9 Support (speed and competence) Overall, a very disappointing end to what was once a great business relationship! |
