=( good and bad...
Well.. This review should be 100% good as support has been VERY good and service unbeatable, Staff helpful and fast on all tickets
(100% brilliant as long as you dont need a migration  )But.. "Stress free migration" (I dont think so) 7 days later no transfer, no response to ticket, and I also opened a second ticket which was also ignored after forwarded to transfer dept... I ended up having to rebuild the site as the transfer dapartment wouldnt reply and no-one else could help me (but credit to live support who tryed to help)

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by our Transfer department as there has been some unusual delays this past week.
What is the ticket id related to your Transfer request?
