Unhappy Compalin about H9 Billing

I am not new in H9, my email backup said that i am in H9 since 17 March 2007
But now i got problem with my billing.
i don't check it because i trust H9 so much.
But i see my transaction bank, i've been charge for domain also.
The domain name already moved to other registrar (i request the EPP/Transfer code to H9 at 17 Augst 08) and i trace my email there is no information about changing or request cancelation after that EPP request from H9.

If am not wrong, the domain should be charge again at 17 March 2008 for renewal. I look for that and found that i charge for reseller acccount($19.95) and WHMCS license ($0) only.

Now, i had request for support to billing dept. But it seem that the response a litle bit slow, but it's ok.
The problem is the answer :
No refunds will be issued for accounts that are billed due to failure to complete the verification process.
I still not know where is the problem and i think since the H9 move the billing system from modernbill to WHMCS. I think nobody want charged for the domain name that already moved to other registrar.

Regards

Please allow us the chance to get to the bottom of this through your ticket as it's always our intention to get issues resolved for our customers.

What is the ticket ID related to this?

Hi there,

Your cancellation request was already processed, and the message that is sent is part of a predefined reply that we send to everyone. We have quite a few people who ignore our message requesting the proper verification info to cancel, and then complain when they are charged. It's not directed towards any one person in particular.

Let us know if you need anything else!
