Totally unacceptable !!
I have logged support calls on important issues regarding database setup etc, I have even tried to call directly from Australia - no response - no support. The last support call I placed was "3" days ago !! no response. !! This particular was initially placed "2 weeks ago" !! Based on the other similar statements here about poor support H9 seems to not have a clue about building a business and loyal customers......... |
