Why all the negatives?
Dear HostNine and HostNine Customers,
I have been reading testimonial after testimonial and it seems to me that most people are looking on the negative side rather than the positive side. You people keep complaining that a year ago the ticket responses were very fast, and now its taking forever for them to respond. However, a year ago HostNine was not really known, and they had the time to give each customer all the attention they could need. But because of this client relationship, HostNine has grown over time. I have not had one ticket that has not been responded to in over 30 minutes. All of my questions or problems have been handled in a timely and professional manner. HostNine does not take 4 hours to respond to a ticket, but within 30 minutes, compared to a big name like HostGator or 1And1 that take 12-24 hours for a ticket response. On top of that, not many hosts allow over 8 data centers to choose from on top of a custom control panel that incorporates new features. I have had a flawless experience with HostNine, and I hope that others will to.
Please don't bash me with your hatred, its my opinion and you don't have the choice to ignore it.
