I wish to report an extreme loss every day to my service by your system randomly banning MY IP address and Im not just talking about a simple ban either Im talking about a system wide ban. when it happens randomly I cannot access Hostnine website My CP My Reseller Account My Stores My FTP My email so basically I have no way of communication till the bans released. Its happening between 3-6 times a day ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour at a time. This has been going on now for weeks and nobody has been able to resolve this problem properly or even give me an explination as to why the system keeps banning my IP. This is getting beyond a joke as its starting to seriously affect my day to day business. I have alredy spoken with Ben about this and he added my IP to the whitelist of the Berkshire server where all my stores are located along with my clients websites. A typical ban yesterday Turned on my machine didnt go anywhere on the net, opened outlook express to check emails and I was ALREADY banned from a fresh startup. That took neally 1 hour to release. It also happened 3 more times yesterday. Its happened today 3 times also. There must be a reason is your logs as to why this keeps happening but your not sharing that information at all with your client which is me. I need to know what is causing these bans, if its a problem at my end on my stores which is extrelely doubtfull as their not large stores then maybe I can sort out the problem. But simply how can I get banned when my machine wasnt even turned on? Either your system or a member of your staff is targetting my business or someone cloning my IP adddress is targetting your server to cause the bans trying to affect my business. I want someone like a manager to look at the logs for all the times I have received a ban and there will be a lot of them and to find out whats causing it and why also to put this right. There is simply not reason I should be getting a ban. I can also ben contacted via Skype on this account "ccskins.net" I would prefer to chat live using skype as Im in the unitied kingdom and I am not ringing the USA by phone. Please speak with Ben about this as he knows how much trouble this has been causing for my business. I want and need this completely investigating Please refer to Control panel ticket number: LCF-541191 for an ongoing issue this has been reported a number of times using the same ticket. I have just noticed also that I may have left this ticket in the wrong location is should have gone in the Reseller section, please move it if you thing its appropriate but also resolve this and contact me. I suppose its down to extreme frustration due to the fact that this has been going on for so long and has still NOT been resolved yet. Have a ticket ID that we can look at?
Our firewall doesn't ban people for no reason, so we'd need to look into why you're being blocked to resolve this. |

I have just been banned yet again
In my CP Ben has been dealing with this issue yet Im still being banned I have just come back in house after being out for half an hour and the ban has just been released Please refer to Control panel ticket number: LCF-541191 for an ongoing issue this has been reported a number of times using the same ticket. please completely read my post above as it stated the ticket there I need this resolving quickly as its seriously affecting my day to day business. 3-6 bans a day ranging from 15 minutes to neally an hour each one and this has been going on for a while now I have not been able to respond to your ticket till now as Im also banned in the forum and main website when it happens cannot access anything. I was banned the other day and I didnt even access my stores all I did was check my email from a fresh boot up of my main business computer and I was already banned by your system so somethings wrong.

Right, that's what I was trying to explain. The ticket is in a Managers queue, which means that Support Technicians are unable to access it. If you could either open a new ticket, or PM me with the domain and your local IP address from whatismyip.com I'll look into this matter personally.
