Another Disappointed Customer

I have to comment on how bad the situation is here with host nine.

I'm very disappointed with the so called 'support' given by host nine.

After opening a ticket for a simple request (I'm calling it simple as another host I use completed the same request in less than a day) and getting 2 responces I waited for the support request to be complete.

After a month had passed I contacted the 'managers' complaining that it was taking too long. I got a responce saying the ticket would be updated asap.

After another 3 weeks had passed and no word from support I came on and checked to find the support ticket closed and the request still not complete.

I re-opened the ticket to the managers complaining that the service was just shocking and I would not re-new my account here.

That ticket was closed within 24 hours and I've had no contact from 'any' staff at hostnine to even say 'sorry'.

I'm shocked to say the least at the whole situation, there is no way I could even start to recommend hostnine to any other webmasters/designers/companies that I know when looking for hosting.
