2 Months to cancel and transfer data on a dedicated and i am still getting billed for service i cancelled ( any they agreed to cancel )
5 days to restore a reseller account - with a standard " it will be up when its up" response. A year ago it was not like this and now it looks like standards are dropping which is a shame |
